The Villa The Villa offers very spacious accommodation (4, Chloraka Hills, Chloraka, Paphos, Cyprus) The Patio View The two bedrooms are of a good size with comfortable beds (Double and two singles) each having a balcony and the main bedroom has superb views towards Coral Bay. Main Bedroom Second Bedroom The Ground floor comprises of an extremely large lounge/dining area with patio doors leading to the rear terraced garden which also has excellent views. A TV (local and limited satellite stations), video player and a CD/cassette/radio is available. The Lounge Patio View The kitchen/breakfast room is very well equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, microwave oven etc. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable holiday on the island of Cyprus. Make yourself at home and use all the things in the villa (BBQ also available). VILLA SERVICES An English lady, living locally, acts as the villa agent. She will ensure that the villa is ready for immediate use. Household linen (sheets/towels) is provided but not beach towels. There is no further linen service provided during the clients stay unless privately arranged with our agent. A basic welcome pack (i.e. bread, milk, butter etc) will be provided to ensure a happy beginning to your holiday. There is also an Information Folder on the drinks trolley in the villa giving you details on the local area i.e. nearest supermarket, banks etc including some recommended tavernas. It also gives information on how to get in touch with the agent in emergencies. The agent will visit you, to discuss any points, shortly after you arrival.
